The modern kitchen is equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils for cooking and a washing machine.
The kitchen also offers access to the large covered terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The upper level, also illuminated by a skylight, features a double bed with a smart TV and a multifunctional area with a desk and a closet for clothes.
